01Acceptance

By accessing securight.com.au you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. These terms cover the website only — not any separately-published SecuRight apps or products, which have their own terms.

02Current business scope

SecuRight Pty Ltd currently develops and operates proprietary consumer mobile and web applications. This website does not offer bespoke software development, system integration, managed IT services, cybersecurity consulting or security-system services, hosting / ISP services, telecom services, payment processing, financial trading systems, medical / veterinary services, gambling systems, ticketing systems, defence / aerospace systems, process control systems, or critical-infrastructure software. Any planned or in-development products described on this website are not available products unless clearly stated otherwise.

SecuRight is an Australian company. One director may perform remote software work from outside Australia (including California), but the company is Australian-domiciled with a director in Melbourne. Our applications are currently distributed outside the United States and Canada.

03Our products

Our current products are consumer applications we build and operate ourselves:

• Pet Capsule — a pet organisation and care-record app providing general wellness information only. It is not veterinary advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, emergency care, veterinary telehealth, poison-control advice, food-safety guarantees, or a medical / veterinary device. For urgent or medical concerns about an animal, contact a veterinarian or an emergency veterinary service.
• Discover Tamil — a Tamil language, culture, and education app. It may include non-gambling educational mini-games and language-practice activities only. These do not involve betting, wagering, casino games, real-money games, prize-based games, loot boxes, financial trading, or financial calculations.

Our applications are positioned 17+ / 18+ depending on store requirements and are not child-directed. Where a parent or guardian allows a minor to use an application, the parent or guardian is responsible for that use.

04Content is information, not advice

The writing on this site — including any resources or articles — is provided for general information and education. It is not professional, legal, security, compliance, medical, or veterinary advice, and it is not an audit of your specific systems or situation. Don’t rely on it as a substitute for advice tailored to you.

05Forward-looking statements

Parts of this site describe technology and product ideas that are in development or aspirational (for example, agent-security research for our own apps). These are clearly labelled as such and describe our current intentions, not commitments or offerings. Plans can change. Nothing on this site is an offer of a product or service, a guarantee of future availability, or a representation that a research idea or planned product exists or is available today.

06Intellectual property

The site, its content, design, code, logos, and brand are owned by SecuRight Pty Ltd or used with permission, unless stated otherwise. You may read and share links to our content with attribution. Any open-source code we publish is governed by the licence stated in its repository. You may not copy, republish wholesale, or present our content as your own.

07Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, probe, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure;
• use the site to break the law or infringe others’ rights;
• misrepresent your affiliation with SecuRight.

We welcome good-faith security research — if you find a vulnerability, please report it responsibly to [email protected] before disclosing it.

08Third-party links

The site links to third-party destinations (for example our GitHub, Pet Capsule at petcapsule.app, and Discover Tamil at discovertamil.com). We’re not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don’t control; their terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

09No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information is complete or current at any given moment.

10Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecuRight is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded; where such rights apply, our liability is limited to the extent the law allows.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
